we accept IDR and USD.
IDR: online payment (automatic payment) : credit card, gopay, bank transfer - except BCA
bank transfer BCA (manual payment)
TransferWise - international bank transfer (manual payment)
atome - 3x instalment 0% rate (automatic payment)
 
USD: PayPal - manual payment
 

 *manual payment: when the order is placed, you have to manually send the money to my account as stated in payment instructions. your order will be processed when the payment is cleared.

the time I need to prepare the order for shipping varies. it usually takes 1-2 weeks. but I'll try my best to process it as soon as I can.
 

 

standard: 14 - 28 days
standard + tracking: 14 - 28 days
express + tracking: 1 - 4 days

 

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.

actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

 

 

buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. we're not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

 

if the size doesn't fit, I gladly accept exchanges. contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 10 days. buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

 

I don't accept returns or cancelations as most of my items are personalized, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

if failure in delivery occur, the shipping company will return the package to me, I'll resend the goods for the second time with note 'pickup at nearest post office' to avoid any delivery failure.
